Privacy Policy

Last updated June 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fabbr, LLC ("Fabbr," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you join our waitlist, visit our site, or otherwise interact with us before and after launch. We keep it plain and honest, because that is how we want to treat the makers and customers in our community.

1. Information We Collect

While Fabbr is in pre-launch, the information we collect is limited. We collect:

  • Information you give us — your name and email address when you join the waitlist, and the contents of any message you send us through our contact form.
  • Maker application details — if you apply to the Founding Maker program, your name, email, mobile phone number, location, and the business, equipment, and materials information you choose to share.
  • Usage and device information — when you allow it, basic analytics about how our site is used (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type), collected through cookies and similar technologies to help us improve. See Cookies & Analytics for the details and your choices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you periodic updates as we approach launch, including progress news, early access, and a heads-up the day we go live.
  • Review and respond to Founding Maker applications and your messages.
  • Contact Founding Makers about onboarding and launch, including by text message to the mobile number you provide, where you have agreed to be contacted that way.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

3. Email, Text & Communications

When you join the waitlist you are opting in to periodic email updates from Fabbr. When you apply as a Founding Maker and give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about onboarding and launch. You can opt out at any time — use the one-click unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

We use trusted providers to deliver these messages for us: Omnisend for waitlist and marketing email and text messaging, and Resend for transactional email such as replies to your contact-form messages. They process your contact details only to deliver these communications on our behalf.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us run Fabbr — for example, Omnisend (email and text messaging), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics) — under agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
  • Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Fabbr, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers, if Fabbr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You are in control of your information. You may:

  • Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message.
  • Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text.
  • Accept or decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, and change your choice anytime through the Cookie Preferences link in our footer.
  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Depending on where you live, exercise additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

To make any of these requests, email us at hello@fabbr.io and we will respond promptly.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential ones keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies — used by Omnisend to understand how visitors use the site and to power our email tools — run only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can decline, or change your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in our footer, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings.

We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure site performance; these are privacy-friendly and do not use cookies. We never use cookies to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell your data.

7. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Fabbr is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Fabbr grows and as our services launch. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
